  The "Lerchenfeld" development area in Bütschwil is growing in importance.

Its position and proximity to both Wil and St. Gallen make it possible to create jobs in natural surroundings while being only a short distance away from urban locations (Wil: 10 kilometres, St. Gallen: 35 kilometres, Winterthur: 40 kilometres).

Located on the Wilerstrasse between Wil and Wattwil, "Lerchenfeld" offers easy access to the motorway and train connections between St. Gallen and Winterthur.



  The fact that "Lerchenfeld" enjoys favourable, government-sponsored tax incentives to attract new businesses to the area and is just a short distance away from the airports (Zurich: 65 kilometres, St. Gallen-Altenrhein: 55 kilometres) constitutes a combination of options that are especially valuable from a strategic perspective.
